  1. Payment Requirement

    All orders placed on the OBL Print website require full payment in advance, unless otherwise agreed in writing

    Orders will be processed only after payment is successfully received.

  2. Accepted Payment Methods

    We accept the following payment methods:

    • Debit / Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard)
    • Online payment gateway (as available on the website)
    • Bank transfer (for approved orders only)

    Cash on delivery is not available for online orders.

  3. Custom & Made-to-Order Products

    All products sold on the website are custom-made based on customer specifications (size, material, design, quantity).

    Due to the customized nature of printing:

    • Orders cannot be cancelled, refunded, or modified once production has started.
    • Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving artwork, specifications, and quantities before payment.
  4. Quotation-Based & High-Value Orders

    For bulk, complex, or quotation-based jobs:

    • Payment terms will be shared separately
    • Standard terms:
      • 50% advance payment
      • 50% before dispatch or delivery

    OBL Print reserves the right to request 100% advance payment for certain orders.

  5. Artwork Approval & Responsibility

    By completing payment, the customer confirms that:

    • All artwork, specifications, and order details are correct
    • The approved proof will be used for final production

    OBL Print is not responsible for errors in content, spelling, colours, or sizing once approval is given.

  6. Taxes & VAT

    All prices displayed on the website are:

    • Exclusive of VAT, unless stated otherwise
    • VAT (as per UAE law) will be added at checkout or invoice stage
  7. Failed or Reversed Payments

    If a payment:

    • Fails
    • Is reversed
    • Is flagged by the payment gateway or bank

    OBL Print reserves the right to:

    • Hold the order
    • Cancel the order
    • Request alternate payment methods
  8. Refund Policy

    Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:

    • Payment charged but order not processed
    • Order cancelled by OBL Print due to technical or production constraints

    Refunds (if approved) will be processed to the original payment method within 7-14 working days, subject to bank processing time.

  9. Credit Terms (Corporate Clients Only)

    Credit terms are available only for approved corporate clients with a signed agreement.

    Online orders placed via the website do not qualify for credit, unless explicitly approved by OBL Print management.

  10. Right to Refuse Service

    OBL Print reserves the right to:

    • Refuse or cancel any order
    • Reject artwork or content that violates legal, ethical, or company policies

    In such cases, payment (if received) will be refunded as per Clause 8.
